A public hearing regarding Bylaw 1922-19—to amend the Land Use Bylaw pertaining to intermodal containers (sea cans)—was held on Monday, March 25 at 4 pm. Anyone wishing to speak to the proposed changes was invited to do so by City Council at this time. Once the public hearing closed, Bylaw 1922-19 was brought forward for Council’s consideration at their regular March 25, 2019 City Council meeting. After a lengthy discussion, City Council passed Bylaw 1922-19 with a few minor amendments.
