Pursuant to Section 5.3(b) of the City of Wetaskiwin’s Land Use Bylaw 1804-13, you are hereby given at least five (5) days’ written notice of the scheduled hearing regarding development appeals in accordance with Section 686 of the Municipal Government Act.
Pursuant to Section 687(1)(c) of the Municipal Government Act and Section 7.3 of the City’s Subdivision and Appeal Board Bylaw 1900-18, any person who was given notice of the hearing and who wishes to be heard, or a person acting on their behalf, will have the opportunity to speak to the Board as part of the hearing.
