The City of Wetaskiwin remains under a State of Local Emergency (SOLE) due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The SOLE was renewed by the City on Tuesday, April 20, 2020 at 1530h.
Declaring a SOLE allows the City of Wetaskiwin to enforce additional measures to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These measures include ensuring businesses follow public safety protocols, and that gatherings are limited to a maximum of 15 people.
