BILLING ERROR NOTICE
We’ve received feedback that some of our utility customers may have had late penalties mistakenly applied to their accounts. This is due to the delays associated with the holidays and payments were subsequently posted late.
We apologize for this error and are now issuing credits to the impacted accounts. This correction will be reflected on the next utility bill. If you have immediate questions or concerns, please contact out customer service representative at 780.361.4400.
To help ensure the new monthly utility payment program runs smoothly, our utilities clerk has being re-located to Wetaskiwin City Hall.
Please pay your Utility invoice in one of the following ways:
