Regional Airport
Located just 60 kilometres (37 miles) south of the City of Edmonton, the Wetaskiwin Airport offers many conveniences and amenities for aviation businesses and aircraft operators.

The Airport currently maintains Transport Canada certification and facilitates RNAV and NDB approaches. It also provides 24-hour access, fuel and maintenance.

Approximately 50 private hangars are located on the airport with more than 100 aircraft and 14 businesses permanently based at the Wetaskiwin Regional Airport (not including museum aircraft).

The Airport Terminal and pilot's lounge is accessible 24 hours a day, and provides basic services.

The airport runway provides direct aircraft access to both the Reynolds-Alberta Museum and Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame, which are adjacent to the airport.

Overnight accommodations are available at a selection of hotels, motels and bed and breakfasts in and around the City of Wetaskiwin. Please visit the visitor section of our website for more information on accommodations.
