On Wednesday August 28th & Thursday August 29th, 2019 at 10 am, Wetaskiwin RCMP, City of Wetaskiwin Enforcement Services, and Wetaskiwin and area Victim Services will be in the parking lot of Wetaskiwin Walmart. They will be installing anti-theft license plate screws to assist the public in protecting their license plates from theft. The anti-theft screws are available free of charge. These anti-theft devices have been proven as a deterrent to theft. Licence plates are commonly removed and transferred on to stolen vehicles in an effort to evade the police. Please join us and have your anti-theft screws placed on your vehicle.
