2019 Municipal Budget: Where We Are At
City Council's budget planning discussions wrapped up on Friday, January 11, 2019 after three consecutive days of breaking open the books. Staff presented their priority-based budgets to Council, walking them through each item in more detail than in previous years. Budget items presented by City staff must support the City of Wetaskiwin’s 2018 – 2022 Corporate Strategic Plan.

Wetaskiwin City Council will be deliberating the finalized 2019 municipal budget on March 14 and 15, 2019 at Wetaskiwin City Hall. The deliberation schedule will be advertised on our website and in the Wetaskiwin Times once confirmed. The finalized budget documents will be available for viewing at www.wetaskiwin.ca/budget2019 as soon as they become available.
