Please be advised that beginning today (June 22nd, 2023), 40 Avenue at the intersection of 55 Street will be reduced to single-lane vehicular traffic due to an emergency water valve repair. Eastbound traffic on 40th Avenue will be directed to stay in the lane along the South curb. `Westbound traffic on 40th Avenue will be diverted to a single lane in the most Northern Eastbound lane.
The duration of the closure will be for a maximum of two days.
