[ARCHIVED] Duplicate utility bills mailed out in error

Some residents who pay for City utilities may have felt a sense of déjà vu looking at their most recent utility bill.

Utility usage bills received by some residents this week show usage for April 2023, instead of May 2023.

This is a duplication of the previous month’s bill dated May 10, 2023, for April 2023 usage; it should have been dated as June 9, 2023, and showing May 2023 usage.

The correct usage rate has been properly recorded in each user’s account. The City is working to reprint and resend utility bills with the correct May 2023 usage. If you have any further questions or concerns about this error or utility billing in general, please call 780.361.4400 or email
